Himeville/Underberg – We arrange our departures from our day tours office at the Stables Market Place on the Sani Road, just outside the village of Himeville. (view map).

Alternatively we can pick you up from your accommodation, please make sure to mention this on your booking. We will do our utmost to accommodate your needs, depending on the distance from Underberg town.

If you wish to be picked up and dropped off at your accommodation, we will not charge extra for fuel costs. However if your accommodation is out of the villages of Underberg and Himeville, you will be subject to extra charges. This extra charge will be payable only on the day of your tour and we request that this payment be made in cash. Don’t worry, though, we will discuss this with you in extra detail at the time of your booking.

Meals are not included in the 1-day tours and thus is an optional added charge.

We understand that you may not have a printer handy when you’re traveling so it is not necessary to have a printed copy. However, we require that you show ID matching your reservation and also the Order # that is immediately emailed to you after you make your reservation.

In the warmer months (October – March)– dress in light-weight clothing and bring warm a jacket, as the weather can change drastically.
In the colder months (April – September) – dress very warmly (i.e beanies, gloves, etc.)

Reservations are required for guaranteed spots on all tours. Reservations help us determine the number of guides and vehicles we need to ensure that our groups remain manageable and enjoyable.

We do hike in the rain, snow, wind and any other weather conditions that nature decides to throw at us. After all, we’re going on adventures! If the weather is unsafe for any reason, the trip will be changed or postponed. You will be notified the week of your trip if there are changes due to weather.
