Track Down Africa’s Fantastic Beasts Through Private Big 5 Reserve
Wherever you are in the Zulu Kingdom you are no more than 3 hours from Africa’s iconic Big 5. Today, however, you shall be a whole lot closer. We’re hitting the road pretty early on this one (05h00). As you know wildlife, especially predators, are most active around dawn and dusk.
Enter the Hluhluwe Imfolozi Game Reserve and enjoy a 2 hour morning game drive in one of our Hyundai H1 vehicles (Please note — this is not an open safari 4×4). Hluhluwe-Imfolozi is renowned for its White Rhino — after all it saved the Southern White Rhino from extinction. Keep your Carl Zeiss Terra ED 8×42 Binoculars on hand, you never know what’s waiting around the corner.
Time to head into one of KwaZulu Natal’s premier private game reserves! This reserve only permits travellers staying at their luxury lodges to traverse the park, unless you’re with us of course. Meet the reserves most experienced ranger and jump into an authentic open safari 4×4 and embark on a 4 hour game drive as we track Africa’s Big 5. Keep those Zeiss binoculars and guide books on hand. At approximately 16h00 we will depart Hluhluwe for Durban.
